Prof. Dr. Carsten Könneker is Managing Editor at Spektrum der Wissenschaft. From 2012 to 2018, he was Professor (W3) of Science Communication and Science Studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and from 2019 to 2022, he was Managing Director of the Klaus Tschira Foundation. He is also the Founding Director of the National Institute for Science Communication (NaWik), which he established between 2012 and 2015.
