Cecilia Buz
Research Assistant
Cecilia Buz (currently on parental leave) is a research associate in the Evaluation and Consulting Team at NaWik. In this role, she focuses on the empirical study and assessment of science communication across a range of formats and fields of application. She designs and supports evaluations using a broad methodological toolkit, including online surveys, semi-structured interviews, and eye-tracking analyses. In addition, she teaches the workshop “Evaluation of Science Communication”, where she covers the theoretical foundations of this field.
Cecilia Buz initially studied Media and Communication Management in Hamburg and worked as an online marketing manager before turning to science communication through the Master’s programme “Science – Media – Communication” at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
