Ricarda Ziegler

Ricarda Ziegler heads the Evaluation and Consulting Team at NaWik. In this role, she is responsible for the design, implementation, and analysis of evaluations of science communication activities and projects developed and conducted by NaWik for a wide range of scientific institutions. Her methodological expertise lies primarily on survey research.
Drawing on 15 years of professional experience in science communication in Germany, Ricarda Ziegler advises scientific institutions on impact-oriented and strategic approaches to science communication.

Prior to joining NaWik, the trained political scientist worked at Wissenschaft im Dialog in Berlin. Among other responsibilities, she led the nationally representative science survey Wissenschaftsbarometer and established both the Impact Unit for impact and evaluation assessment and the Transfer Unit to foster exchange between research and practice in science communication.
