In this online workshop, participants will learn how to use generative AI effectively in science communication – for example, when writing clear texts or visualising complex content. During fixed sessions, they work alongside experienced lecturers to explore how AI tools can be used in a reflective, responsible and effective manner. Interactive exercises and close collaboration ensure a practical learning experience – accessible from anywhere and up to date.

  • Time: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

  • After successful participation you will receive a certificate
  • We would be happy to share the training evaluation results with you afterward.
  • At the end of the first day, you will receive an assignment to be completed and discussed together by the second session. Please make sure to allocate sufficient time for completing the assignment.

Technical Requirements

The online workshop is provided via the Microsoft Teams or Zoom video conferencing platforms. Collaborative work during the training (such as during exercises) takes place using shared documents from the Microsoft 365 environment or Google Workspace. These applications are used as part of GDPR-compliant corporate solutions. Workshop participants do not need any prior knowledge or their own accounts to take part.

All the applications used have been assessed for compliance with data protection legislation, ensuring that participants’ personal data is protected.
