In-person workshop: Making Science Videos
This in-person workshop teaches how to communicate scientific content clearly and effectively through video.
Participants learn how to shoot their own video sequences using a smartphone or camera, apply visual composition techniques, and structure content clearly.
Through practical exercises, they create their first short videos – guided by an experienced instructor.

- Duration: two days (8 hours incl. breaks)
- Time: 9:00 - 17:00
- Maximum number of participants: 8 people
- Languages: German or English
- After successful participation you will receive a certificate
- We would be happy to share the training evaluation results with you afterward.
- Venue: We are happy to hold our workshop at your premises. Alternatively, you can also use our premises on the campus of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
- Please also note: NaWik events are aimed at long-term learning success. We would therefore like to point out to people who have already taken part in a NaWik training course that important core elements such as the NaWik arrow are repeated in all courses.
