Cecilia Buz

Cecilia Buz ist seit März 2021 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Forschungsteam des Nationalen Instituts für Wissenschaftskommunikation (NaWik) tätig. Hier wirkt sie bei WissKomm-Forschungsprojekten mit und ist mit der Evaluation von Wissenschaftskommunikation in unterschiedlichen Kontexten unter Einsatz qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden betraut.
Sie studierte zunächst Medien- & Kommunikationsmanagement in Hamburg und arbeitete von 2014 bis 2018 als Online Marketing Managerin. Durch ihr Masterstudium (2018-2020) im Fach „Wissenschaft – Medien – Kommunikation“ am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) wandte sie sich der Wissenschaftskommunikationsforschung zu und legte den Grundstein für ihre Tätigkeit am NaWik.

Cecilia Buz has been working as a research assistant in the research team of the National Institute for Science Communication (NaWik) since March 2021. Here she is involved in science communication research projects and is entrusted with the evaluation of science communication in different contexts using qualitative and quantitative methods. She initially studied Media & Communication Management in Hamburg and worked as an Online Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2018. Through her master’s degree (2018-2020) in “Science – Media – Communication” at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), she turned to science communication research and laid the foundation for her work at NaWik.
